Missing Brookings dog found out of state
Bella, the missing 3-year-old Shih Tzu/Poodle cross, has been found – in Washington. The dog was taken while tied up near the entrance to the Brookings Fred Meyer on Dec. 29, while her owner, Catherine Crandall, went shopping. When Crandall exited the store, Bella was gone.
