KINGSVILLE – A Kingsville woman is seeking legal help so she can get her dog back home for Christmas. Monica Loewe’s 3-year old Shih Tzu, Lucy, escaped from her backyard about 2 months ago in Kingsville, and it later turned up here in Corpus Christi.
